Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Wilder Medical and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
