Harborlight Works is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
