Clearpath Wilder Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for claims. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
