Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Orchard Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Denver. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
