Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Dallas, TX)

Northwind Forge Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Dallas serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
