Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Construction and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
