Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Rowan Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Colorado Springs serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
