Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Ironwood Juniper Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
