Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Corner Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Cleveland, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
