Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Fernwood Drift Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for network equipment. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
