Bluepeak Rowan Health Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
