Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Northwind Wren Care Services supports families and individuals in Cleveland with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
