Westbrook Haven Construction is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
