Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Boston, MA)

Harborlight Ivory Health Associates is a healthcare provider in Boston with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
