Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Boise, ID)

Clearpath Nest Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Boise, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
