Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Boise, ID)

Ironwood Union Banking Services Partners is a regional lender in Boise with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
