Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Fox Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Boise, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
