Fernwood Meadow Financial is a financial-services company in Boise, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Certification in compliance or audit.
