Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Boise, ID)

Ironwood Clear Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Boise area, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Boise. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
