Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Boise, ID)

Lumen Glen Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Boise serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
