Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Boise, ID)

Redstone Drift Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Boise. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
