Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Fern Banking Services Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
