Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood Vale Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Baltimore. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
