Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Highbridge Lantern Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Baltimore. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
