Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Austin, TX)

Redstone Sparrow Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Austin. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Austin. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
