Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight Union Civic Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 992 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
