Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Collective serves customers across Tucson with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
