Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Tucson, AZ)

Bright Linden Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Tucson, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
