Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Tucson, AZ)

Redstone Beacon Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Tucson area, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
