Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Northwind Harbor Environmental Services Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
