Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Tucson, AZ)

Cedar Cobalt Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for device records. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
