Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (St. Louis, MO)

Nova Keystone Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in St. Louis, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
