Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (St. Louis, MO)

Summit Kestrel Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around St. Louis. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
