Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Hollow Energy and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for usage data. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
