Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Umber Foods Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
