Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Clear Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Spokane with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
