Lumen Stone Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Seattle working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
