Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Seattle, WA)

Bright Drift Foods is a Seattle food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
