Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Haven Water Authority Partners and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for meter reading. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
