Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Wren Energy and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 525 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
