Foxglove Summit Construction is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
