Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Seattle, WA)

Westbrook Orchard Civic Services works with county and city offices around Seattle, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
