Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Seattle, WA)

Cedar Quarry Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Seattle, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
