Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Mill Care Services Partners and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
