Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Seattle, WA)

Amberfield Umber Civic Services works with county and city offices around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
