Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Maple Financial and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
