Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Bright Fern Environmental Services Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 581 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
