Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Jose, CA)

Fernwood Hollow Energy delivers power and gas plans across the San Jose region. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for usage data. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
