Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Jose, CA)

Greenridge Yarrow Telecom is a telecommunications provider in San Jose focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 257 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for field visits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
