Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Diego, CA)

Northwind Yarrow Foods is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
